Rob Pulcipher is one of my fellow AAVC riders. He had a massive heart attack the other day. I just wanted to say that i hope you get better, and we are all pulling for you. Mark Lovejoy is posting updates regularly here, at http://aavc.org/forum/
Rob's out of the possible, and seems to be doing quite well. He even dropped by the cx practice last night to say hello. Hope EMU is treating you well.
